To redeem, you must present a FLOMAX Savings Coupon to the pharmacist along with a signed prescription for FLOMAX to receive your savings. Limit one FLOMAX Savings Coupon per patient.

Call 1-866-891-8829 or visit www.4FLOMAX.com/save to see if you qualify to receive a series of three additional coupons, each good for up to $10 off your future FLOMAX prescriptions (a total value of up to $30).

Not valid for patients participating in Medicare, Medicaid or any other federal or state funded benefit programs, and where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any point.

Transaction submissions should be made to McKesson Specialty Arizona Inc using BIN #610524. If primary coverage exists, input voucher information as secondary coverage and transmit using the COB segment of the NCPDP transaction. Applicable discounts will be displayed in the transaction response.
